This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit it, Vercel automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page and your browser type, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you request a quote, the details you enter (name, brand or company, email address, project details, budget and deadline) are sent to my email inbox so I can reply with availability and a quote. The message is delivered through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), set up by the website's developer TK MEDIA S.à r.l.-S, Luxembourg. Form submissions are not stored in a database.

Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it, or as long as required by law.

My inbox is provided by Google (Gmail). Emails you send me, including form messages, are therefore also processed by Google Ireland Limited.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. If you choose a language (EN/DE), that choice is saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to a server. Fonts and videos are served from this website itself; nothing is loaded from Google, YouTube or Instagram. Instagram is only contacted if you click a link to it.

Vercel and Resend are based in the USA. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 ff. GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email createdbvera@gmail.com.

You can lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD, cnpd.public.lu), or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
